This is a small business. I am only one person. :) I try to ship once a week. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your order. Usually sooner. The shipping notifications you get from Shopify may not be accurate. You will need to check the tracking number provided to you in your account.
Please allow a few days for it to show active.
On occasion some items may be out of stock. If you purchase an item and we determine that the item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to choose another color or receive a refund.
Please keep in mind that ordering, packing, communication takes time. If you need something immediately please select another company to purchase from. Again, I am one person. Working a small business. Doing my best and this is not for everyone.

How to save the most money!
Shopping on Wig Party LIVE can be a little frustrating BUT worth the discounts if you know how to do it. :) We are all here to help you!!
There are a few ways to shop the site.
Firstly, all wigs are an additional 30% off the price listed. EXCEPT for the sale section. The sale section changes all the time and is reduced even more. Some times there is an ADDITIONAL discount on top of the lower price. These additional discounts are automatic at checkout. You do not usually need to use a code when shopping on www.WigParty.Shop .
You can shop the site and check out the sale section which changes all the time. Most times I only have 1 of each of those items in my stock at my studio.
You can watch the Facebook Lives, either live or the replay. You will want to type "subscribe" then you will receive a message via messenger asking if it is OK for me to message you. As I am showing wigs and products, I will give everyone a code. If you want to buy that item, you will type it in the chat below the live or the replay. It will send a message to you via messenger letting you know that the item has been added to your cart. You will click on that message and it will take you to the website to check out. It is always first to check out.

We ALL know what it is like to struggle with hair loss and insecurities and the last thing we want is for anyone to get frustrated. When I go live, I have limited time deals that are sometimes only available during the live. The live shows can go fast. When it slows down, I try to work with people individually to help them get what they are looking for at the best price I can.
My goal is to make Luxury Wig Wearing affordable by taking less for myself. I try on the wigs for you, they then become "used" and I sell them as is. ❤️ Kristi
